Preferred Program Formats
We work in a Windows PC environment. EPS files are the best formats to
give us because that is what we print from. Here is a list of our
preferred files and extensions.
- All universal file formats (.eps, .tif, .jpg, .pdf)
- Adobe Illustrator (C2 or lower) (.ai)
- Adobe Photoshop (C2 or lower) (.psd)
- If you are working with another software application, please call us.
Digital Application
Here are some things to consider while preparing your files to submit to us.
- High resolution files are ideal (minimum 200 dpi recommended at full output size)
- We can accept .tif and .jpg files - but they must be high resolution images.
- Images from web pages are too small and too low of resolution.
- Covert all fonts to outlines.
- PMS colors must be noted.
- Do not convert PMS colors to process.
- We
prefer images to be embedded in Adobe Illustrator files. If files must
be linked in a document, include the images and Illustrator file, all
in the same folder.
